INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in RCC construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a tenderer at least 1(one) number contract of RCC building construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 240.00 lakh only in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.300.00 lakh only over the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format without any alteration shall be Tk.100.00 lakh only.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.330.00 lakh only. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5(five) years from tender publication date. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
7.All other documents must be full filled which include section-2 and section-4. |
