INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC/BC License, Supervisory License.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be Five years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor/sub-contractor/management contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature including fair faced concrete with glass and marble works successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 125.00 Lakh Only, in Govt./semi-govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 100.00 Lakh.
5. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 100.00 Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
6. The tender capacity is Tk. 145.00 Lakh. Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of on-going works/commitments, form uploaded in section 7)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
Note: Please those tenderers are encouraged to participate who will complete the work within time maintaining the quality. Otherwise stern actions will be taken according PPR-2008 |
