INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Building Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 650.00 (Six Hundred Fifty) Lac.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1000.00 (Ten Hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred ) Lac.
Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract, (in the form of PW3-7)
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
