INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP wb portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, construction successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least BDT 450 Lakh. in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 850 Lakh over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-D shall be BDT 200 Lakh.
5. The minimum capacity shall be BDT 550 Lakh.
6. The Tenderer shall ensure the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESPM) by a Diploma Engineer having practical experience of at least 3 year.
7. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
8. Special Terms & Conditions and Social Risk Management and Technical Specification as mentioned in Section-8 will be mandatory for the tenderer.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
