INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The Tenderers shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the event management and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least Two (02) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology Services completed over a period of three (3) years and Cumulative minimum successfully service completion value of Tk 04 (Four) Crore shall be required the similar Service under a maximum number of two (02) contracts. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of arranging 08 divisional event/fair at a time. Minimum 02 (Two) National and 02 (Two) International events executed in Bangladesh within the last 03 (three) years. Must have virtual event solution for reaching maximum people.
• The minimum amount of liquidity assets i.e., Working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 05 (Five) Crore.
• The firm should have valid up-to date (2021-22 FY)- trade licenses, Certificate of Incorporation, BIN registration certificate, Tax Clearance certificate and Bank Solvency certificate & related legal documents.
• Other eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the tender documents.
