INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five (5) years each with a value of at least of Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) shall be required.
• The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) over the last three years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Tk 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lac)
• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh |
