INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience.
And the satisfactory completion of similar works of minimum Tk. 260.00 (Two hundred and sixty) Lacs under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies.
i) In case of the work being done under PWD, the concerned Executive Engineer shall be the certifying and authenticating authority.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Organizations other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 680.00 (Six hundred and eighty) Lacs over the last five years.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 130.00 (One hundred and thirty) Lacs. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with the tender document), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days before the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
4) The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be TK. 270.00 (Two hundred and seventy) Lacs.
5) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License; Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate; Valid VAT registration Certificate; Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, and Authorization documents from the manufacturer/distributor.
