INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a)Tenderer shall have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Civil Construction works . b)Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Building Construction works including Civil, Sanitary,Electrification works worth not less than Tk.350.00(Three Hundred Fifty) Lac in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Org. of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 800.00(Eight Hundred) Lac.d)The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)/Credit facilities, working capital Tk 150.00(One Hundred Fifty ) Lac only. Liquid Assets)/Credit facilities Certificate have to be submitted in PW3-7 Form. e)The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.375.00 (Three Hundred Seventy-Five) Lac. f)The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License,ABC Category Electrical Contractor & supervisory license. g) All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be fulfilled.h) Credit Commitment format,Work completion certificate format etc has attached to section-8 must be fulfilled and submitted along with this tender |
