| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer of Outsourcing Manpower Supply in public sector as a Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Non-Consultant Service of outsourcing manpower supply at least Two (2) contract over a period of five (05) years each with a value of at least of Tk 17 (seventeen) Crore. ITT.1(b)
• Tenderer shall have the Registration or License of outsourcing manpower supply from Inspector General of Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment.
• The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 6.00 (Six Crore) only.
