INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in R.C.C Building Construction work within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.2300.00 (two thousand and three hundred) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk5000.00 (Five Thousand) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1000.00 (one thousand) lac.
v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2600 (Two thousand and six hundred) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate. |
