INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008
(ii) Tenderer shall have at least 05 (Five) Years of business experience preceding the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(iii) The specific experience (Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Remodeling/Repair works(Civil & Electrical) of at least Tk 70 (Seventy) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 05 (Five) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
(iv) Annual Average Turnover(Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) shall be at least Tk 120 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
(v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit of Tk 100 (One Hundred) Lac. Documents must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender as per form PW2a-3 (Form is uploaded) must be submitted for this purpose.
(vi) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(vii) Up to date ABC electrical contractory or AC/ABC electrical supervisory license of the bidding entity /technical personnel working in the bidding entity. |
