INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. (Relevant Trade license, BIN,TIN & Tax clearance certificate up to date 2024-2025 )
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered or relevant certification in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have valid bank account and 50 lac taka liquid asset.
• Tenderers should have at least 05 (Five) years general experience Cleaning/Security services area (Government, MNCs, Multinational NGOs & autonomous organization).
• Must have successfully completed at least 01 (one) Crore taka in a single contract with a government/autonomous organization/ government project/ MNCs, or multinational NGOs within the last 03 (three) years, specifically in the area of Cleaning/Security services.
• Minimum 05 (five) Years working experiences Cleaning/Security services area

The broad objective of engaging a Management Firm (Cleaning and Security) is to ensure the continuous provision of high-quality facility management services—specifically cleaning, sanitation, and security—at the Multi-Tenant Building (MTB) of the Jashore Software Technology Park (JSTP). The firm will be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and secure environment that supports the operational needs of tenant organizations, employees, visitors, and stakeholders. |
