[ TDS/PDS-C. Qualification Criteria ] 15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website.
15.1(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years of similar type of Flexible Pavement work including Sub base, Aggregate Base type-I, Dense Bituminous Surfacing Base Course/ Wearing Course and PC/RCC Girder Bridge work with a contract value of minimum amount of Tk. 58.00 (fifty eight) Crore in a single contract. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the CPTU Website. [Partial/Substantial/incomplete work certificate of a project/work shall not be accepted]. (Completion Certificate from Govt. Organization or Autonomous body(s) is only acceptable.)
N.B. : (a) The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender. (b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
