INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction
Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Specific works completed within the last 05 years (counted from the date of IFT) with a value of at least Tk. 100.00 Lakh under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(C) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 150.00 Lakh
over the last 03 years (counted from the date of IFT) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of
Bangladesh.
(D) The minimum Amount of free Fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities
of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted
along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of
the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of
commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in PW2a-3
form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer
available balance of facilities shall be mention.
(E) The Tenderer have to submit up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate,
VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Electrical (Contractor and Supervisory) License of his own.
(F) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 150.00 Lakh.
(G) Other terms and condition followed by TDS. |
