INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works must be at least one contract of RCC framed building construction work successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 120.00 Lakh (Tk One hundred & twenty lakh), Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 180.00 Lakh (Tk One Thousand & eighty lakh) over the last 5(five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 100.00 Lakh (Tk One Hundred lakh). Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 145.00 Lakh (Tk One Hundred & fourty five Lakh).
(6) The Tenderer must be submitted Up-to-Date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC Electrical License and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(7) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer/bidder are mentioned in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender documents. |
