INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
Contractor shal be 5 (Five) years*;
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontract
or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at
least 01(One) contract of 1 No RCC Frame Structure Building including Civil,
Sanitary & internal electrical work of Government / semi Government /
Autonomous organization of Bangladesh successfuly completed within the last
5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 Crore;
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector
shal be greater than Tk 50.00 Crore over the last 5 (Five) financial years.
Tenderer are requested to provide payment certificate mentioning Fiscal year
and share percent in the certificate. Business share wil be counted for joint
venture work certificate.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working
capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of
them, of the Tenderers shal be Tk 11.00 Crore. Document (scan copy only)
submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date
and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which
is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form
ePW3-8)
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shal be Tk.45.00 Crore;
(f) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory license, TIN
Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in TDS and
PCC.
