INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction of 4 (Four) storied building under single contract within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.
e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up-to-date ABC License for both contractor and supervisor.
f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
g) The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.
h) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
i). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
