INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) General experience :-
Reputed contractors/ construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC residential/non-residential buildings, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building repair/renovation/vertical extension work of Tk. 250.00 (two hundred and fifty) lac in a single contract in public sector of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 200.00 (two hundred) lac over the last five financial years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Form e-PW2A-2 must be used for turnover summary.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 250.00 (two hundred and fifty) lac. Capacity information must be provided as per form e-PW2A-6.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 (two hundred) lac. Letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for line of credit as per form e-PW2a-8 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender. Tenderer must use prescribed forms provided in the Tender Document to submit information. |
