3. Must have up to date Trade license
4. Must have up to date ABC/BC category Electrical & Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 130.00 Lakh (One Hundred and Thirty Lakh).
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80.00 Lakh (Eighty Lakh)
