1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shal be five (5) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of construction/installation of irrigation systems, water
management infrastructure, or agricultural engineering works successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. One Crore (1,00,00,000).
3. The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be more than Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three crore) in the best single year within the last five (05) financial years.
