INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction works shall be 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
2.Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor satisfactor completion of a least 01 (one) contract of 1(One) no RCC Framed structured Building Construction works (including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification & external electrical having substation equipment works) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 (eight ) Crore in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization with in last 5(five) years from the date of IFT
3. The minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector over last 5 years of Tk.13.00 (thirteen) Crore (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be TK 4.00 (four) crore in the from of the letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PW3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days of the deadling for submission of tender only
5. Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk.11.50 (Eleven point five) Crore (To submit ongoing work details contract amount,payment bill amount remaining works amount and other required.
6.Have sufficient manpower and equipment to carry out construction and all electrical and sanitary ststem work
7.The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License
8.Met all other required qualification special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT GCC & TDS and tender ducuments |
