N.B:
1) Tenderers shall properly complete the Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) with all required information and upload the necessary supporting documents for consideration in the tender evaluation.
2) Tenderers are advised not to upload or attach any documents other than those specifically required.
3) The Tenders will be evaluated based on the documents submitted through the e-GP system and in accordance with the conditions of the STD and the relevant provisions of PPR-2025, including Rule 118 and other applicable and up-to-date rules.
4) If any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices are determined against any Tenderer, appropriate measures shall be taken in accordance with Rule 149 of PPR-2025 and the relevant clauses of the STD. |
