INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature successfully completed 300 KVA 2 nos Generator with Synchrunizing Panel within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 400.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Procuring Entity.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 560.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 385.00 Lac
e)Minimum Tender Capacity 430.00 Lac.
f) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, up to date BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
g) Other documents for supporting technical specification and compliance and as Per TDS & PCC |
