INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years
2. Minimum specific work experience as a Prime Contractor in building construction works including fair-faced concrete of at least 01(One) RCC building of minimum 06 story, successfully completed within the last 05(five) years with a minimum value of at least Tk. 260 (Two hundred sixty) lakh, in the format specified in ePW-2A. The Tenderer shall have experience in PABX, CCTV, Fire Protection & Detection, Internal Electrification works within the same or any other Contract(s) within the last 05(five) years. In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done by any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and should be verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 (Five Point Zero) Crore over the last 05(Five) years (The year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) under any Government Organization of Bangladesh. Payment certificates for contract in progress during last 05 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 (Three Point Zero) Crore as per PPR 2025 in the specified format of PW2A-8.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 2.30(Two Point Three Zero) Crore
