ITT Clause 13. Experience Criteria
13.1 Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of construction experience to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract:
(a) a minimum number of years of general experience in the construction of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor as specified in the TDS; and
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [05] years.[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
13.1 (b) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works, under public sector, of a nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed Works, in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value over the period, as specified in the TDS.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Multimedia Conference system including Video Conferencing system, interactive display and related works successfully completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 115 (One hundred and fifteen) Lakh only.[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
ITT Clause 14.Financial Criteria
14.1 Tenderers shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract:
(a) the average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS
Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 200.00(Two Hundred) Lac within the last 05 years.
14.1 (b) availability of minimum financial resources in any form or combination of forms of liquid assets or credit line(s) or working capital, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS; and
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 150.00 (One hundred and fifty) Lac. (In prescribed form of STD from any scheduled bank.)
14.1 (c) The minimum Tender Capacity as specified in the TDS.
The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 150.00 (One hundred and fifty) lac only.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents
i) Up to date Valid Trade License.
ii) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate.
iii) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
iv) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR. (FY 2023-24)
v) An assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly.
vi) The tenderer must have valid Manufacturer Authorization certificate which is duly sealed and signed from the Manufacturers in their own letter head pad for Multimedia Conference System with Auto-Tracking Video Conference Camera, Video wall Display and Sound System
vii) The tenderer must have valid IRC Certificate.
viii) After Sales Service Assurance Certificate from the supplier.
ix) Technical proposal issued by the manufacturing/ assembler company, sealed & signed duly by the Tenderer, with main catalogue/ brochure mentioning brand, model & country of origin of the proposed items.
x) The Tenderer must submit detailed drawings and design which must be approved by concerned Executive Engineer.
xi) The Tenderer must be submitting Site Visit Report with Detailed work plan duly signed by concerned Site Engineer not below the Rank of Sub-Divisional Engineer.
B. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-6).
C. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive. |
