INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(One) number of similar work of Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five point Zero zero) Lakh in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 42.00 (Forty Two point Zero zero) Lakh Payment certificates shall be submitted by the bidder must be issued from NBR/Tax office.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk.40.00 (Forty point Zero zero) Lakh.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five point Zero zero) Lakh.
6. Only Payment Certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
7. VAT shall be deducted from bill payment as per the instructions of NBR.
8. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
(iii) Up-to-date trade license
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. |
