INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 08 (Eight) years.
2. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of Similar Work (must be 02 (Two) storied RCC frame structure building with pile foundation including sanitary and internal electrification) of Tk. 1100.00 (Eleven hundred) lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the works done under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 05 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facility (in the e-PW3-8 form) Tk. 285.00 (Two Hundred Eight Five) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 1285.00 (Twelve Hundred Eight Five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up- to-date Trade License and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
7. VAT & TAX deduction will be as per latest circular of the Govt. of Bangladesh.
