INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 10(Ten) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(one) contract of 05(Five) storied RCC frame structure with a basement including civil, sanitary, internal and external electrification works successful completed within the last 10(ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 100.00(One Hundred) Crore, [Years counting backward from the Date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 150.00 (One hundred and fifty) crore over the last 05(five) years or best 5(five) years in the last 10(ten) financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit lines or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderer shall be Tk. 33.00 (Thirty Three) Crore. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in tender Document of section-5: Tender & Contract form (form ePW3-8).
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 140.00 (One hundred and forty) Crore.
(f) Tenderer must have up to date ABC Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, and Trade License. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer as shown in section 2, section 4, and section 8 of the Tender Document. |
