INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract no RCC framed structure building construction works or similar nature works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 Crore (Tk two ) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1.55 Crore over the last 5 (Five) financial years . Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 80.0 lakh must be submitted according to ITT clause no 29.1(d).
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.20 Crore
f)The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC / BC Electrical contractor and ABC / BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board
g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender
h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accet or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard |
