(i) Minimum average annual construction turnover USD 28 million during last five(5) years
(ii) Participation in at least one similar contact to the proposed works within last ten (10) years successfully or substantially completed where the value of the bidder’s participation exceeds USD 25 million where similarity will be based on Construction of Distribution Pipe Network in Water Supply Project including DMA
(iii) Demonstrates total financial resources required equal to or above the USD 4 million for subject contact.
(iv) Construction of pipelines more than 200 km (63mm to above dia.) in a Water Supply Network in one contract
(v) Horizontal directional drilling (HDD)/ Pipe Jacking Method of pipelines in a contract length = 10 km (63mm to above)
(vi) DMA (District Metering Area) established in one contract = 10nos.
