INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as outlined below:
1. General Experience: Reputed contractors/firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience.
2. Specific Experience: Experience in the successful completion of Similar nature Electro Mechanical works amounting to a minimum of Taka 270.00 Lac in a single contract, in Bangladesh government KPI sites (i.e., National Assembly, Secretariat, CAO, etc.) during the last 3 (Three) years.
3. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least Taka 300.00 Lac over the last five years. The bidder shall provide relevant payment certificates or documents from the National Board of Revenue (NBR) to support the claimed turnover.
4. Liquid Assets/Working Capital: The minimum amount of liquid assets for the tenderer shall be Taka 260.00 Lac.
5. Tender Capacity: Minimum Tk. 260.00 Lac. (The tenderer shall submit details of ongoing contracts, including contract value, amount paid through bills, and remaining work value for evaluation of tender capacity).
6. Required Documents:
- Updated Trade License, BIN, IRC, PWD Enlistment, VAT Registration
- Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR, Audit Report
7. Licenses: Updated ABC Electric Contractor License & Electric Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
8. The bidder must submit the Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) specified in ITT in the given standard format, without any alterations, and include the manufacturer's contact details.
9. All other qualifications, terms, and conditions as outlined in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) must be adhered to. |
