INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all Eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (five years).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of minimum 05(Five) Storied RCC building including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 7.75 (Seven Point Seven Five) Crore in single contract under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 13.00 (Thirteen point zero) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.50 (Three pont Five Zero) Crore in the form e-PW3-7.
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 7.90 (Seven point Nine zero) crore.
f) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) Tenderers shall own two sets of Steel Shuttering and steel props Proof of ownership must be submitted otherwise the tender will be considerd Non-responsive.
h) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender. |
