INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
( a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of R.C.C Building Construction work (including pre-cast R.C.C pile foundation, civil, sanitary, water supply and External and internal electrification works) above 3 storied building amounting to TK 1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) lakh completed within the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh. .(i) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) lakh over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) lakh.
(f). Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board,GOB
g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.. |
