INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) no of building Construction work under single contract within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 150.00 (One hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac.
e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Audit Report of the year 2024-25, up-to-date ABC License for both contractor and supervisor.
f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 170.00 (One Hundred and Seventy) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
g) The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.
h) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
i) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
