INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer have to have-
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years. [Years counting backward from the Date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(one) contract of Repair, Renovation Works including civil and sanitary works successful completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac. [Years counting backward from the Date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred and Ten) Lac during the last 05(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderer shall be Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred and Ten) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in tender Document of section-5: Tender & Contract form (form ePW2A-8).
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.
(f) Tenderer must have Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS, PCC and ITT included in this tender. |
