3. Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the design, construction, and completion of railway E&M system for Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (Line-5): Northern Route, which covers 20.00 km (13.50 km underground and 6.50 km elevated) metro rail system with 9 underground stations, 5 elevated stations and one maintenance depot (“the Works”). International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with “Single-Stage Two-Envelope” Bidding Procedure in Lot 7a and Lot 7b.
3. Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the applicable Guidelines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans, and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries and areas, as defined in the Bidding Document.

The Bidding Document may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of BDT 30,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Thirty Thousand Only). The method of payment will be Pay Order/Demand Draft from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of “Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited” and payable in Dhaka. The document will be delivered in this office immediately after the Employer confirms the payment. |
