INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 300 lacs
b. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 675 lacs over the last 5 financial years
c. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 115 lacs
d. The minimum capacity shall be: 315 lacs
(i) Valid and Up-to-Date ABC/BC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical
Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
(ii) Documentary evidence, as applicable to satisfy the following:
(iii) Adequacy of minimum liquid assets as Line of Credit, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 9.1(a);
(iv) Essential equipment as stated in TDS
(v) Key Technical Personnel with qualification & experience as stated in TDS
(vi) Authorization Letter from Manufacturer for proposed items. |
