Reasons for evaluated as technically Non-Responsive
As per the report submitted by Technical Sub-committee:
Clarification provided by “Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd.” is not accepted because:
1. Bidders are not allowed to offer a new item in clarification state, they can only clarify the original offered item as asked in query.
2. They are offering a new 3rd party dongle Mira screen G7 (HDMI extension) instead of original OEM Epson adapter ELPAP10 (USB wireless).
3. Functionally Mira screen G7 is a screen sharing/casting device with supporting Wi-Fi whereas the original Epson ELPAP10 is a wireless LAN adapter
4. There is a significant price difference between these two devices
Moreover, Technical description of offered by ‘Global Brand Private Limited’ model (Brand: Panasonic Model: PT-VX430) for Multimedia Projector did not meet the requirement (Lamp Life, Speaker Watt, Connectivity -wireless, Power consumption etc. requirements did not comply the minimum technical requirement).
