A. Review and Development Areas, • Review & Development of the existing operational directives, policies, guidelines, Credit Policy, E & S Policy as per guidelines and directives of Operational Manual of IPFF II
• Development Standard of Procedure (SoP) for the Credit Department
• Assessment of existing project appraisal and due diligence procedures as per policy and guidelines of BIFFL with the requirements of Operations Manual of IPFF-II Project.
