The name of the assignment is Baseline Survey by third party for PARTNER. The specific objectives of the assignment include, but are not limited to:
1. To identify status of Program indicators and result indicators of the seven implementing agencies as per the Program documents. To collect and analyze the baseline information on all results’ indicators.
2. To provide insight into Program indicators covering crop diversification, GAP adoption, irrigation efficiency, digital services, entrepreneurship and resilience.
3. To recommend strategies for efficient tracking of PDO achievements and DLRs |
