The main tasks are: • To help strengthen public understanding and support for the project and create an enabling environment for the project implementation; • To enable BWDB to publicly communicate the activities, impacts and benefits relating to the project during implementation; • To manage relationships with key external stakeholder constituencies and set up two-way channels of communications with major stakeholder groups with a view to enhancing the overall effectiveness of the project. • To ensure project communications are done in a transparent manner and documents are shared in alignment with the government’s and development partners’ disclosure policies. |
