You are, thus, requested to take following actions. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 9933244.94 (Taka NINETY-NINE LAKH THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR POINT NINE FOUR), within (10) working days of issuance of this letter but not later than 11-Jun-2026 in accordance with ITT Clause . sign the Contract within TWENTY-ONE (21) Days of issuance of this letter but no later than 13-Jun-2026 in accordance with ITT Clause. |
