| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Proposal dated on 31 March 2026 for the execution of the Consulting Services for “Selection of Consultancy Firm for Feasibility Study and Master Plan for Sustainable Tuna Fishing in the Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean: Unlocking Bangladesh’s Blue Economy Potential”, Package No.SD3” for the Contract Price of BDT. 356019077.91 (Taka Thirty-Five Crore Sixty Lakh Nineteen Thousand Seventy-Seven and Ninety-One Paisa Only) evaluated in accordance with the Instructions to Consultants, has been approved by the competent authority. You are, thus, requested to take following actions: i. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of BDT. 17800953.90 (Taka One Crore Seventy-Eight Lakh Nine Hundred Fifty-Three and Ninety Paisa Only), within 28 (Twenty Eight) working days from issuance of this letter but no later than 13 August 2026; ii. sign the Contract within 42 (Fourty Two) days from issuance of this letter but no later than 17 August 2026. This Contract will become effective on the date mentioned in the PCC. You may proceed with the execution of the Services upon completion of the above tasks and the contract being effective. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature. |
