INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 91 of the EGB’s Procurement Policy-2026.
(b) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last five (05) years.
(c) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years.
(d) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (01) contract(s) successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least BDT 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac).
(e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,40,00,000.00 (One Crore Forty Lac).
N.B: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. |
