INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The minimum number of general experiences of the Tenderer in Drilling works and all associated third-party engineering services in the Oil and Gas industry as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or management contractor shall be 15 (Fifteen) years.
ii) The Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company, association or any combination of them in the form of a Joint Venture (JV) will be accepted.
iii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or management contractor any physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company, association or any combination of them in the form of a Joint Venture (JV) in Drilling works and all associated third party engineering services in the oil and gas industry is at least 15 gas wells of similar to the proposed works successfully completed within the last 10 years, at least 02 (two) contract(s) with a value of USD 16,000,000.00 (Sixteen million) only.
iv) The Tenderer must have experience in drilling at least 15 gas wells within last 10 years, out of which 5 wells outside the home country within last 5 years Tenderer must have experience in drilling at least 05 (five) wells with the depth of 6000m TVDSS gas wells including having experience of controlling minimum 12,000 psi formation pressure 300°F formation temperature.
v) Tenderers from all countries are eligible except the countries those do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
vi) The Tenderer must be a valid member of International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) and/or International Well Control Forum (IWCF).
vii) The Tenderer must have at least 2 (two) own drilling rigs having minimum capacity of 2000 HP mentioned in section 7 (employer’s requirement) for this operation. Moreover, rigs should not be older than 10 years and the rig should be certified by concerned internationally recognized authority before the operation.
