INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:
a) Up to date valid Trade license
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate
d) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
e) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 130.00 Lac.
f) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
Generators and 06 nos. supply and/or production capacity per year for the last 03 years.
g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit ((Form PG3-8) or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 170.00 Lac.
h) Manufacturers Authorization Letter (Form PG3 - 6) of Generator is required.
i) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license
j) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, PCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents. |
