INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have
a) A minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the Supply of goods and related services. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply, Installation and commissioning of Passenger/Bed/Fire Lift and related services of at least 01 (One) contract successfully complete within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least TK. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
c) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods under public or private sector of similar nature and size as stated under ITT Sub Clause 13.1(b), substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued or duly certified by the relevant Procuring Entity(s).
d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: minimum 10 nos Passenger/Bed/Fire Lift per year.
e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 960.00 (Nine Hundred and sixty) Lac .
f) Valid Trade License.
g) Valid VAT Certificate Valid TIN certificate
h) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Most Recent Assessment Year)
i) Valid ABC class Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License
j) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter (s) as mentioned in TDS.
k) Delivery and Documents: As per TDS.
l) Any other document/terms & condition mentioned in TDS/PCC

If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder shall non-responsive. |
