Only Local Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (Fertilizers).
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (fertilizers) in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/International organization of minimum BDT 4,00,00,000.00 (Four crore taka) only under maximum Two contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Fertilizers) in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/international organization under three number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four crore taka) only.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods (Fertilizers) for Homestead Vegetable Gardening shall be equal to the proposed supply requirements in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/international organization under 02 contracts within the last two years is 2,00,000kg fertilizers.
Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is BDT 4,20,00,000.00 (Taka Four crore Twenty Lac) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
Manufacturer himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
ISO Certificates with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods are mandatory.
