INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Bidder shall have a General Experience of minimum five years on HVAC.
2. The bidder shall have a minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor of at least 01 (one) contract of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Proposed Origin VRF/VRV System with Treated Fresh Air Unit(TFA)-successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least 670 Lacs; years counting backward from the date of Publication IFT in the e-GP system[The work Completion Certificate shall be submitted using the form of standard Formats in Section-5 (Tender and Contract Forms)]
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done in any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that jurisdiction.
iii) In case of the work done under any private organization, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD; Private Work under the same organization or sister concern or partner organization shall not be considered for evaluation.
3. The bidder shall submit valid Manufacturer Authorization letter for the Proposed Brand AC from the Manufacturer
4. All other conditions are specified in TDS,GCC,PCC and IFT of this Tender. |
