1. Manufacturer must have valid ISO CAL- ?/ RP5C5 CAL- ?, API Spec Q1, 5CT 10th Edition & API, ISO relevant certificate of Green pipe & thread Manufacturer.
2. Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must submit API, ISO certificate of last 10 years.
3. Green pipe & thread Manufacturer have 10 years Overall experience of manufacturing.
4. Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must have 10 years’ experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC companies other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
5. Threader must Submit Green pipe manufacturer authorization.
6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least five (5) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which four (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount & liquid asset or working capital or credit facility described in the Tender document.
Supplier:
1. Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
2. Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
3. Supplier have 08 years Overall experience of Supply Related Materials.
4. Supplier must have 08 years’ experience of similar materials Supply and must have 06 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed companies other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate. |
